As students transition into varying higher education settings, having an understanding of the available resources offered through their institution will be a critical component for successfully navigating their new educational and professional expectations. Leveraging the resources provided by Career Services will help students better define their career path while also gaining a deeper understanding of their personal interests. Career Services individualizes the process for students through direct services, meant to help students establish career readiness standards. With the job market becoming increasingly competitive, students must distinguish themselves from their peers with an intentional focus on career development. Join Senior Associate Director Adam Denney from the STEPP Program at East Carolina University as he breaks down the What and Why of Career Services.
